His background includes Executive Chairman of Essentials PetCare – a chain of walk-in veterinary clinics at Walmart stores; President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Protegrity Advisors – a sell-side merger and acquisition firm servicing family-owned business in the lower middle market; as well as other businesses where he served as a founding partner and CEO.
